Two other directors whose work I like are Julien Duvivier and Pier Paolo Pasolini. Have you seen any of their films?

I’ve only see The Gospel According to St Matthew from Pasolini. To be honest, what I’ve heard about the rest of his work scares me. Might be a bit too extreme, but I probably do need to bite the bullet and try another.
Duvivier I haven’t seen any from, but for no good reason. I ought to make him a priority as I’ve heard good things.
